Deep clean
Lucino Cream Cleanser
To give your Lucino surface a thorough deep clean without causing damage, we recommend always using Lucino Cream Cleanser.
How to use
Five steps
- I.Wet the area to be cleaned, and squeeze a generous amount of Lucino Cream Cleanser onto the surface.
- II.Wet your sponge or all-purpose cleaning pad, then squeeze to create a frothy mixture.
- III.Clean the surface with the cleaning pad, moving in a gentle circular motion. Avoid repeatedly rubbing the same area.
- IV.Wipe off the surface and rinse thoroughly.
- V.Dry the surface with a micro-fibre cloth.

Spill management
Clean spills promptly to avoid staining.
Stain removal
For stains from food colouring, fruit juices, coffee, soft drinks, wine, paints or permanent markers, promptly clean the area using an appropriate multipurpose cleaner and rinse well with water. Lucino supplies a complimentary cleaner for this purpose.
Residue removal
Scrape dried substances such as food, chewing gum, nail polish or paint with a plastic scraper. Then clean with a scratch-free scouring pad and rinse with water.
Further warranty exclusions
The warranty does not extend to the following circumstances:
Excessive force
The warranty does not cover damage from standing on or applying excessive force to benchtops, particularly around vulnerable areas such as sinks, cooktops and unsupported overhangs, including breakfast bars and dishwasher recesses.
Inherent blemishes
The warranty does not cover minor blemishes such as blotches or spots that are inherent to the manufacturing processes of engineered stone and natural granite.
Damage by other trades
The warranty does not cover damage caused by other trades, such as plumbers or builders, after installation by Lucino Benchtops.
Cabinetry & overhangs
Failure or damage caused by insufficient, unlevel, or structurally inadequate cabinetry, or where maximum overhang specifications have been exceeded.
